Products & usage

Are Veriwell products medicines?
No. They are Ayurvedic proprietary wellness formulations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace medical treatment.

How do I take them?
Follow the dosage printed on the pack. It differs by product, so please do not apply one product’s instructions to another.

How long before I notice anything?
Ayurvedic formulations are generally taken consistently over weeks rather than days. Results vary from person to person and depend on diet, sleep and overall routine.

Can I take them with my prescription medication?
Ask your doctor first. This also applies if you are pregnant, nursing or managing a medical condition.

Are they safe for children?
Only products specifically formulated for children, such as JuniorJoy, should be given to them. Everything else is intended for adults.

Where can I see the full ingredient list?
On the pack and on each product page. If anything is unclear, email us and we will walk you through it.

Orders & payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available for your pincode.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Contact us as quickly as you can.

Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and usually delivered in 3–7 business days across India. Remote pincodes can take longer.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by SMS and email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside India?
Not at present. See our Shipping Policy for current coverage.

My parcel arrived damaged or incomplete.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video and we will arrange a resolution.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return reaches us, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders we will ask for bank details.

Can I get a replacement instead?
Yes, subject to availability. Mention it when you raise the request.
