VeriWell is made by Adila Biotech, our family's company in Kota, Rajasthan, started in 2009. The Ayurvedic products are licensed under AYUSH, the nutrition products under FSSAI, and all of them are made in our own plant.
Why we started with lungs
The reason lungs became our first focus was very personal. Respiratory health was something our family had seen closely, and our father started working on a formulation for me. The idea was never to replace medicine. It was to support the body more consistently. Slowly, it became part of our home.
Anmol Agarwal, co-founderMost people who buy from us don't have a diagnosis. They have the small things: a heavy chest in the morning, less stamina on the stairs, a cough that hangs on after a bad-air week. That is who we make this for.
We make two kinds of products. Classical Ayurvedic formulas like LungsPure, made the traditional way under an AYUSH licence, and modern nutrition products under FSSAI. Both come out of the same plant in Kota, are checked in the same lab, and list every ingredient and its quantity on the label.
The name is short for verified wellness. If we can't back a claim with a test we can show you, it doesn't go on the label.
Where it began
It started at home.
- Home Where it began Our father, Shambhu Agarwal, makes a lung formulation for Anmol, from classical texts and his own notes. The first version is a powder, taken at home.
- 2009 Adila Biotech, Kota Our family's manufacturing company opens in Kota. After years of R&D the powder becomes a tablet, N-Astheal, and in 2014 Adila runs a 12-patient pilot study on it.
- 2016 Tested The formulation is remade as a prash, and four preclinical studies are run on it at an independent laboratory. The full reports are on the Proof page.
- Today VeriWell That prash is LungsPure, made in our own plant and sold in a jar. The next products come out of the same plant, with the same testing.
Cooked, filled and checked in our own plant in Kota. Never contracted out.

प्रत्येक बैच को किसी कॉन्ट्रैक्ट मैन्युफैक्चरर से नहीं, बल्कि हमारी अपनी फ़ैसिलिटी में आयुष (आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं के लिए) और FSSAI (पोषण के लिए) से लाइसेन्स प्राप्त जगह पर बनाया और पैक किया जाता है।
